Cannot connect to Mivue Pro App

Q. Cannot connect to Mivue Pro APP
If the App is stuck on the searching screen, please
1)Turn off the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth of the other phones.
2)Press the 4th button on the device to start connection

CarPlay and Android Auto will connect automatically. If you encounter intermittent connections with the dash cam, please first turn off your phone's Bluetooth to temporarily disable CarPlay and Android Auto in the car, and then try again.
