MiVue 821/826 support for rear camera

MiVue 821/826 support for rear camera

1.FW VK39 update adds support for Rear Cameras,  models A30 & A50.

2. To use the Rear Camera you must use the USB port located on the side of the device, connect  using  the Y-cable for Rear Camera and Device Power , do not use the USB port integrated with active cradle.
