How do I set the date and time on my MiVue Drive?

The GPS receiver on your device receives reliable time information when it has a GPS fix. The date and time displayed on your unit are set according to the message in the GPS signal. This means that if you don’t have an accurate GPS signal then the date or time will not display correctly.

If your unit is displaying the wrong date or time, take it outside in the open with a clear view of the sky and wait a few moments for the device to pick up GPS signal. The date and time will be set and display correctly once a GPS fix has been established.

N.B. There’s no way of manually setting the date and time.
