How to change the Time/Date on your MiVue 6-Series

Changing the Time/Date on your device

To change the Time/Date on a MiVue 6-Series, you simply need to access the main menu of your device; Go to "Settings" > "System" > and select "Date/Time". 


This will allow you to choose the Time/Date settings to be set as either "Automatic" or "Manual". Once "Manual" has been selected, the device will give you the option of setting the Date (Y/M/D) and Time (H/M). When selecting "Automatic", the device will set the Date/Time accordingly once it has received a GPS fix. Please ensure that your device is receiving a GPS signal in order to do so.


Note: When the Date/Time on the device is set to "Automatic", you will be required to change the Date/Time "manually" once the Daylight Saving Time (DST) is set in the summer.

To ensure that your device receives a fixed GPS signal, please take your unit outside with a clear view of the sky and wait a few moments for it to pick up a GPS signal. The date and time will be set and display correctly once a GPS fix has been established.
