How to run .avi files on the Mio Mivue Manager on my MacBook (running MacOS Catalina)

Most of our devices support video format MP4 & will run under MiVue Manager, however some  devices, namely C300/C310/821/826/846 support video format AVI.

Previously we have used ‘QuickTime 7’ to convert from AVI -> MP4, so can be viewed under MiVue Manager, however Apple no long support ‘QuickTime’ & ‘QuickTime 7’ is 32 bit, all apps on Catalina have to run 64 bit.

The only solution we can offer at the moment for models with Video format AVI, is to download & use 3rd party S/W available here.
