Returning your MiVue Drive for repair

If you have been issued an RMA number and are returning your device for repair please note the following:

  • Ensure your devices is packed securely, to prevent it from being damaged in transit.
  • You must include a copy of the Proof of Purchase with your device to validate the warranty.
  • If no Proof of Purchase is received, our engineers will base the warranty on the date of manufacture, found in the serial number.
  • If the device is out of warranty, you will be issued with the quotation for the chargeable repair. Damage caused by accident, misuse or other external caused is not covered by the warranty. Please check the warranty leaflet in the box for more information. 

Note: a refusal charge may be levied for shipping costs, if the device is returned unrepaired.
