Update your IGN maps If you have previously purchased and installed the French IGN maps, you will need to update these so that they can be used with our new software v4.2.
Please follow the instructions below to upgrade your Cyclo device to software version 4.2 and update the IGN map using the new MioEasy tool:
Turn on your Cyclo device and connect to to your PC, select 'Connect to PC' on the device.
Delete the IGN map folder from your device. Select Start > My computer and open Mio_System > Dodge > Map and delete the IGN folder.
Now start CycloAgent and click 'Check for updates'.
When prompted, install the latest v4.2 software and map updates. Please note this can take some time to complete. During the installation process please do not disconnect your device.
Once the update has installed, please use the following link to download and install the latest MioEasy tool:
Double click the setup.exe file and follow the prompts for installation.
Once installed, MioEasy will ask you to remove some maps and then install the latest IGN map. Please follow the prompts for installation. Please note this can take some time to complete. Please do not disconnect your device.
Once the IGN maps have been installed, click OK and disconnect your device. Your Cyclo will restart automatically and is now ready to use!
