Windows 10 1803 update - Cyclo connection Issue

Windows 10 update: V1803
If you have recently updated your Windows 10 PC to version 1803, you may encounter problems, such as being unable to connect your Cyclo device to your PC or “USB device not recognised” messages and/ or CycloAgent  shutting down unexpectedly.

We are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the meantime please try the following steps:

Restart

Unplug your USB device, wait for a few minutes, then restart your computer.
After rebooting your PC, reconnect your device to see if it works.

Try a different Computer

This suggestion is to rule out any possibility that the problem could be due to a faulty USB device.

Unplug USB devices

Sometimes having too many USB devices connected to your computer can cause conflict, which may lead to some of your devices to stop running. To avoid such conflict, please disconnect other USB devices and see if the device you intend to use will work.
