To uninstall Windows 10 Creators Update you will have to open and select the Start Menu > Settings. Now click on Update and security and select the Recovery settings (left-hand side).
Next click on the Get started button under Go back to an earlier build section.
The process will start and ask why you wish to rollback. Select your reason and click Next to move on.
Now click on the Go back to earlier build button and the upgrade process will start.
Please note: When rolling back a version, you will lose the settings changes or the apps you may have installed after you upgraded to the current build.~
Restart
- Unplug your USB device, wait for a few minutes, then restart your computer.
- After rebooting your PC, reconnect your device to see if it works.
Try a different Computer
This suggestion is to rule out any possibility that the problem could be due to a faulty USB device.
Unplug USB devices
Sometimes having too many USB devices connected to your computer can cause conflict, which may lead to some of your devices to stop running.
To avoid such conflict, please disconnect other USB devices and see if the device you intend to use will work.
