Over-the-Air Voice Language Update for the J-series

 J- series OTA (over-the-air) language update
    This includes the following languages:
    • English (UK)
    • Polish
    • Russian
    • Romanian
    • Slovakian
    • Czech
    • Hungarian
    Note: Before you start please ensure you have the latest MiVue Pro app downloaded and installed on your smartphone, and the Wifi connection has been set up with your J-series device.

    QUICK STEPS
    - Android
      1. Switch your Jxx device on, open the MiVue Pro and drag down to connect to your device.
      2. Select Me in the bottom right corner of the App.
      3. Turn off the Wifi connection to your MiVue, but ensure your Mobile Data connection is switched on (Alternatively you can switch to your home Wifi at this point).
      4. Select Voice Language.
      5. Select the language you wish to install from the ▼ drop down menu and ↩ go back to the previous screen.
      6. Select Download.
      7. Wait for the Download to finish 
      8. Download Completed > Ok 
      9. Close the MiVue Pro app and reopen after a few seconds.
      10. Reconnect the to the MiVue J-series device.
      11. A pop-up message will notify you that there is a new Voice Update, please select Update.
      12. Select Upload Voice
        Note:         Please ensure that the MiVue Pro app stays open and your MiVue JXX remains switched on during the update. Once the upload has finished your device will reboot and notify that it is currently updating. 
      13. Your device will reboot with the newly installed language and start the continuous recording.

      Troubleshooting
      If the Upload has failed (see image):
      1. Uninstall the MiVue Pro app from your phone 
      2. Go to the WiFi settings on your phone and Forget the MiVue WiFi.
      3. Reinstall the MiVue Pro app from the Google Play store.
      4. Set up a new connection with your MiVue J-Series device
      5. Follow above steps again.
