When recording, the red LED light will start blinking. Press and hold down the power button again to stop recording. The Red LED light will stop blinking, and the device will revert back to the initial standby mode, to indicate that the recording has stopped.

The M510/M560 recording will have a resolution of 1080p/30fps and be able to record up to 180 minutes*. The recordings will be divided into several video clips by default (1 minute per clip), and in continuous mode, if the memory card is full, the recording will continue with the earliest clips being overwritten by the new ones.
*Depending on capacity of Micro SD card being used.
Please note:
The red LED light will glow and go off alternately to indicate that the unit is low on battery power. Also note that the light will go off, to indicate when the charging has stopped, even when it is connected to a power source via the USB cable.
Further information:
The small LED light on the back-casing, next to the USB Port, will indicate the Status of the device, and will go off to indicate that charging has stopped, even when connected to a power source via the USB cable.
If the light glows in Blue, it will indicate that it is fully charged (when in Standby mode and connected to a power source via the USB cable).
The LED ligth will flash in purple, if charging is in progress, and flash in red, to indicate system errors.
System Error
If the small LED light on the back-casing is flashing red, it will indicate a system error. Such an error can occur due to various reasons, such as having incompatible files on the Micro SD card before usage.
To resolve such a system error, please connect your Micro SD card, with an SD card reader to your PC and open Windows Explorer. From there, please right-click onto the Micro SD card drive.
Select "Format..." and "FAT" and click START. Once it has finished formatting, disconnect the SD card reader (with the Mirco SD card inserted), and insert the Micro SD card into your MiVue M510/M560 which should now no longer have a flashing red LED light.
